These terms apply to this website and the free initial workflow-review request operated by Keith Churchill trading as Praxis Work.
About this site
This website provides general information about practical process improvement, automation and AI consultancy for small businesses in the UK. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment or information-security advice.
Workflow review
Submitting the form asks Keith to review the information and continue a conversation. It does not create a consultancy contract, guarantee a meeting, or promise a particular saving or outcome. The free 20-minute review, where offered, is an initial discussion and not a full audit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or harmful content, interfere with security controls, or use automated means to overwhelm the form. We may block abusive requests.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with the site but do not promise that all content is complete, current or continuously available. Any specific consultancy scope, responsibilities, fees, deliverables and liability terms will be agreed separately in writing.
Intellectual property and links
Unless stated otherwise, Praxis Work owns or is licensed to use the site’s text, design and brand materials. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation but may not republish them as your own. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their operators control their content and privacy practices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Praxis Work is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content or from events outside reasonable control.
